sometime back , we were driving towards the city through abercrombie street where we stopped at the red lights. i turned my head where there was a pub along the road and saw a man sitting at the steps of the door with two pets on leash.

i blinked.

and blinked again.

they were goats!

like omg in the middle of the city ? seriously? the boy confirmed that they were goats.

was too late to pull out a camera to take a photo before the lights turned green again.

so anyway, the weekend past, we went for a late brunch at Bobby's with their wonderful all-day brekkie. as the weather was lovely (yes, we are in the midst of winter and there is lovely sun-shiney weather - go figure), we sat outside enjoying our leisurely afternoon. we were looking at the shops on the opposite side of the road and the few people walking around when ......................

i saw the same man with his goats again!!!!!!!

he was obviously taking them for a walk. it's so hilarious. this time i managed to get a shot of them happy family.

i wonder if he is permitted to keep goats as pets? i wouldn't put it past australia to permit that.
